Meet Our Team

  • Matthew Chase - CEO/President

He is the creator, owner and implementor of THP. Some people affectionately call him Mr. Clean. He graduated from Taylor College in Indiana with a degree in Elementary Education and loves helping others be curious about the world around them. When he’s not in a gymnasium full of 5th graders, you can usually find him in his garage “fixing” something, playing with his girls or daydreaming about flying airplanes.

  • Jenni Chase - COO/SMM

A graduate from Bethel College with a degree in Sacred Music, Jenni has been married to Matt for 19 years. She helps oversee all the behind the scenes parts of THP. She works with the other staff members, and creates/manages the social media posts and interactions. When she’s not helping Matt, you can usually find her singing, covered in acrylic paint or behind a camera.

  • Rebekah Gay - Admin

Also based in Sarasota, FL, Rebekah is the front lines of anything related to the US tours and communication with those schools. In addition, Rebekah is in charge of tracking all of incoming leads and is basically the glue that holds all things TPH together. In her free time, she can be found sitting in the sun, singing or cooking a scrumptious meal.

  • Haylee Chase

Haylee is enjoying 9th grade and the freedom that comes with being homeschooled and traveling the US with her family. She helps set up, tear down, approve circles and take pictures for THP. In her down time, she’s usually singing or reading a book. Her recent favorites include: Harry Potter, Explorer Academy and Percy Jackson.

  • Olivia Chase

Olivia enjoys being a homeschooled 6th grader who travels around the US with her family. She helps THP with set up, tear down, approving circles and helping students solve problems by asking good questions. No matter where she is you will find her being creative, designing a lizard cage or basically playing with anything that has fur, scales or feathers.

  • Leslie Lipps - Website/Technology

Leslie supports the team behind-the-scenes with website and technology support. She has spent her career working in marketing and creative services using technology to the fullest. In her free time you can find her outside enjoying nature and and the low country in South Carolina. Her business website is leslielipps.com

  • Julie Bohler - Graphic Design

Julie has made all of our logos over the years for THP and our other adventures. She and her family are based in Denver, CO. Her contemporary eye for design and layout is always exactly what is needed for whatever new vision we have. We love working with her.

  • Randy Turner - Video

All of the curriculum training videos and our main website promo video were created by Randy. He and his family are based in South Texas. His ability to bring to life and highlight our business in a professional manor is unmatched. We also appreciate his sense of humor (note his studio name). Bryan Anderson – Principal Consultant

“Mr. Anderson” not to be confused with Keanu Reeves’ character “Mister Anderson” in “The Matrix” & as associates refer to him, is a multi-industry professional brought in by Matt & Jenni to help expand, guide, & direct our THP program ambitions – taking us into a new & exciting era of STEM educational opportunities around the nation & beyond! As a stakeholder, he demonstrates a servant-leadership management style, taking a unique holistic approach to both organizational & personnel development. He “loves to learn to love!!!”

Having honorably served 6.5yrs in the US Navy, he experienced how effective & efficient small teams can operate with a well thought out plan, goals & objectives. He’s on a mission with THP! His education is in the Social Sciences – specifically a Criminal Justice Degree with an emphasis in Economics, which compliments his background. He has combined this with three decades of industry-diverse manufacturing experience – mostly leading innovative product & service initiatives through all phases - including creation, design, development, implementation, & performance optimization. This specifically includes working with aircraft, watercraft, emergency, occupational, & specialty vehicle - products & services. He also has extensive experience developing key business partnerships as well as channel marketing relationships, including dealer networks, distribution, & training programs for industry-leading manufacturers. We believe Mr. Anderson’s background is a very advantageous addition for organizational success, including future STEM educational program offerings, strategy, planning, development, & growth initiatives in the years ahead!
